Reusing and recycling packaging materials

How to reuse your postal boxes for mailing new parcels.

Reuse mailing boxes by adding void fill to pack around your parcel.

Reuse bubble wrap or paper from the office shredder.

Do not write directly on to a postal box.

Use an address label or documents enclosed label that can be easily covered or removed.

When opening a postal box, open it carefully.

Cut along any packaging tape.

Do not pull open the ends.

Store postal boxes flat when empty, by cutting along the tape at the bottom and folding.

Stack neatly to avoid crushing at the edges and weakening the packaging strength.

Recycle mailing boxes as they are made from 100% corrugated kraft board.
